RepTime Terms of Use
These terms explain how RepTime and its purchases work. Using the app means you agree to them. Apple’s standard license agreement for apps also applies (see “License” below).
What RepTime does
RepTime blocks the apps and websites you choose and gives you minutes to use them when you do exercise. It uses Apple’s Screen Time tools to do this. RepTime cannot promise that a block can never be bypassed (for example, by deleting the app or changing Screen Time settings on the device).
Purchases
- What you buy. RepTime needs an auto-renewing subscription, weekly or yearly, or a one-time Lifetime purchase to turn app blocking on. The plans, the price of each and the billing period are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Lifetime. Lifetime is a single payment. It never renews and has nothing to cancel. It stays with your Apple Account; use Restore Purchases to bring it back on a new install.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. RepTime never sees your payment details.
- Renewal. A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the price shown, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancel any time. Manage or cancel on your iPhone in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or with Settings › Purchases & Data › Manage Subscription in RepTime. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- No free trial. RepTime does not offer a free trial. You are charged when you confirm.
- Price changes. If a price changes, Apple tells you and asks for your consent where it is required. You can cancel before the change takes effect.
- Refunds. Apple handles payments and refunds. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. RepTime cannot issue refunds itself.
- Restore. Subscriptions and Lifetime can both be restored. If you reinstall the app or use a new iPhone with the same Apple Account, use Restore Purchases in Settings › Purchases & Data.
Exercise and health
RepTime is not medical advice. Exercise within your limits, make sure you have space to move, and stop if you feel pain or dizziness. Talk to a doctor before starting if you have a health condition. You use the exercises at your own risk.
License
RepTime is licensed to you, not sold, for your personal use on devices you own or control. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to RepTime in addition to these terms. If the two disagree about the app license, Apple’s agreement controls; for subscription details, these terms control.
Your information
How RepTime handles your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Warranty and liability
RepTime is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost time, lost access to apps, or other indirect losses from using RepTime. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects your subscription or purchase, we will tell you in the app before it applies.
